Florida Gov Suing Obama For Cutting Off Federal Health Care Money

Florida Governor Rick Scott said that he's suing President Barack Obama for cutting off federal health care dollars in an effort to expand ObamaCare.

Scott toldKimberly Guilfoyle tonight during "On The Record" that the president has gone too far and that he's outraged.

The governor explained that the federal government started a program for low income families in 2006 for Florida, called the Low Income Pool. Scott said that the government won't keep the program running unless the state expands ObamaCare.

"Doesn't everybody now understand that this is an administration that's going to use coercion tactics," Scott said. "And when it's appropriate, they'll cut back funding if you don't do another program they want. That's not the way the federal government is supposed to work."

Scott remarked that the federal car insurance lawyer government doesn'tcare about low income families.

He said that he's working with the state's attorney general, Pam Bondi, to file the lawsuit against the president.

"I'm going to stand up for every citizen in our state," Scott stated. "...We're going to stand up for all 20 million people in our state."
